Crispy Kale Pakoras

Ingredients
- Kale leaves
- Chickpea flour(besan)
- Turmeric, chili powder, salt
- Water and oil(for frying)
Instructions
- Mix flour and spices with water to make a thick batter.
- Coat kale leaves and fry until crispy.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
- Let it set and enjoy😉.
